Share with DropSecure
Whether you are looking to share files inside or outside your organization, DropSecure has built in everything you need for a secure file transfer with military grade encryption. Traditional cloud service providers use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to transfer data from sender to recipient. SSL, as a security technology, was mandated in 2006. Given that technology has grown leaps and bounds from then until now, many companies still advertise SSL as an added security layer, when in reality, they are simply following the law.
DropSecure is a secure file share platform that has shifted the landscape in sharing your data. A combination of two (Symmetric and Asymmetric) encryptions is used with Zero Knowledge Encryption technology to ensure the utmost privacy of sensitive information.
In addition to SSL encryption, all data is first encrypted on the sender’s device. So, when the DropSecure servers get the data (and SSL is terminated), the data is still in its encrypted form. This data is only decrypted on the recipient’s device after authentication which means, no one in between, not even DropSecure, can access your information.
DropSecure’s built-in security features such as granular access controls, revoke access controls, roles and permissions, MFA, Secure Links, simplifies sharing while maintaining compliance, control and security. There is no point in having a security solution that is difficult to use. DropSecure makes sharing sensitive information seamless and easy to use without compromising on security and privacy with its zero knowledge end-to-end encryption technology.
Upload files in real-time military grade encryption. Choose the access duration for the files you share. Access duration ranges from as little as one hour to seven days or no limits at all.
Uploaded files are encrypted in real-time with our patent-pending military grade encryption.
Once a file is successfully encrypted, the recipient receives an email with a secure link.
Every recipient is verified before allowing access to download the files you send. All unregistered users need to enter a one-time verification code (OTP) in order to download any files sent to them.

Revoke Access Controls
Revoke simply means ‘to take back’ or ‘cancel’. This feature allows users to revoke access to files and data shared with any recipient.
Given a scenario where sensitive data was shared with person X erroneously, you as a registered user of DropSecure are able to revoke access to sensitive files with a simple slide of a button. Thereby Person X now has no access to those files. This powerful tool gives you control with simplicity.
